Permission to use my music royalty free comes with the purchase of the “Royalty Free Combination Pack” or one of the individual CDs available below. Royalty free uses include photo presentations, DVD slideshows, multimedia presentations, educational training videos, web sites, hold music, Yoga, Pilates, and Massage therapy sessions.

A copy of the following license agreement comes with the music when you purchase it for the one-time fee. There are no documents to sign. Individual songs can be purchased for $15.00 per song by contacting us directly.

This agreement does not cover use for mass production (considered as over 200 units), such as DVD’s or videos for commercial sale. Please contact us directly, but generally the cost for that application is $1.00 per unit duplicated, plus the purchase price of the CD as stated on the royalty free website. If you wish to use the music for something other than what is listed here, please contact us.

Upon purchasing the CD and License, Licensee agrees to the following terms:

Licensee agrees that they are personally granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use any and/or all songs on the CD for use as background music only in Licensee’s business for a term of 99 years. This license may not be transferred to any other person or business. This license is only issued for use, not sold, and is protected by copyright laws of the United States of America. Any unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement.

Licensee agrees that the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license allows them to manufacture, sell and distribute the music in a secondary role (i.e. music must accompany photographs and/or video) in any video cassette or DVD presentation for their clients’ own personal use. The limited non-exclusive, non-transferable license may also be used for background music (i.e., DVD slideshows, multimedia presentations, educational training videos, web sites, hold music, Yoga, Pilates, and Massage therapy sessions, in stores or in place of business).

Licensee agrees not to mass produce or mass distribute (i.e. more than 200 units), downloads or other distribution methods, without express written consent of Greg Maroney. In addition, Licensee agrees not to publicly perform or use the product in any cinematic or theatrical production, theatre, auditorium or other venue where admission fee is charged, except as background music prior to, end of, or during intermission of the performance. Licensee agrees not to use this music in any other way, shape or form without written consent of Greg Maroney. THIS LICENSE DOES NOT INCLUDE TELEVISION OR RADIO BROADCAST USE OF THE MUSIC. A SEPARATE LICENSE MUST BE OBTAINED FOR THAT USE.

Licensee agrees to acknowledge credit to Greg Maroney at the end of any DVD/Video Cassette/Slide Show presentation in the following format:

Licensee acknowledges that Greg Maroney is the sole composer and arranger of all songs and shall retain all copyright and ownership of the music. Unauthorized duplication is a violation of applicable laws. Violators will be prosecuted.
