This cutting board is 16 x 91/2 x 1 1/4 inches.
This beautiful edge-grain board is made from ash and brazilian cherry.
Edges are chamfered with a large bottom bevel to make it easier to pick up.

Your cutting board will come with non-slip rubber feet on the bottom. Feet reduce countertop slippage, prevent liquid from collecting under the board and damaging it, accelerate drying after washing, and are slightly adjustable to compensate for natural changes in the shape of the board throughout the year.

Each board is custom made by hand, sanded to a fine 400 grit finish, and has been seasoned with several applications of food-grade mineral oil over a period of several days. Final finish is a blend of food-grade mineral oil and organic beeswax to protect your board, and prevent the woods from drying.
