Charcuterie Board ~ 1

This board is 23 x 9 1/2 inches.
This beautiful charcuterie board is made from beautifully grained splated maple and brazilian cherry. This wood is softer than the cutting boards so is not intended for a cutting surface, but as a serving board. Top edges have been chamfered for a clean appearance.

Your cutting board will come with non-slip rubber feet on the bottom. Feet reduce countertop slippage, prevent liquid from collecting under the board and damaging it, accelerate drying after washing, and are slightly adjustable to compensate for natural changes in the shape of the board throughout the year.

Like the cutting boards, each board is custom made by hand, glued for 24 hours and sanded to a fine 220 grit finish. Construction is completed with food safe glue. Each board has been seasoned with several applications of food-grade mineral oil over a period of several days, then sealed with a blend of food-grade mineral oil and beeswax to protect your board, and prevent the woods from drying.
Oiling is recommended to keep your board in its best condition.
